What we’re hiring

All roles run early January to late March 2027 at Iwatake Snow Resort, Hakuba.

Bar

Seasonal contractEarly Jan – Late Mar 2027
  • Serve fast and accurately through high-volume après and event service
  • Cocktails, mixed drinks, beer and wine to a consistent standard
  • Keep the bar stocked, clean and presentable all service
  • Handle cash and card on the POS, set up and pack down each shift
  • Bar Manager: own the drinks menu, roster and brief the team, run stock, ordering and cost of goods

Kitchen

Seasonal contractEarly Jan – Late Mar 2027
  • Plan and run a seasonal menu built for après-ski dining
  • Prep, cook and plate to a consistent standard through service
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Hold the kitchen to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Scale output on high-volume event days with the Bar Manager

Chef roles need a trade qualification or equivalent professional cooking experience.

Stage & Sound

Seasonal contractEarly Jan – Late Mar 2027
  • Set up and pack down the Funktion-One rig and the indoor booth each day
  • Line checks, levels and clean changeovers between DJs
  • Keep cables, power and gear safe and tidy on snow
  • Troubleshoot fast when something drops mid-set

Live sound or stage crew experience preferred.

Video & Photography

Seasonal contractEarly Jan – Late Mar 2027
  • Shoot photo and video at events — sets, crowd, mountain, product
  • Edit short-form reels and longer YouTube highlight packages
  • Own the weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Run community engagement, comments and DMs
  • Report weekly performance and hold brand consistency

Resident DJ

Seasonal contractEarly Jan – Late Mar 2027
  • Hold down weekday slots through the season, 11:00–15:00
  • Read a daylight crowd — house, disco, techno, whatever the day calls for
  • Cover indoor chill sessions as well as the main booth
  • Work with the Stage & Sound crew on changeovers

Promotional Team

Volunteer / contraEarly Jan – Late Mar 2027
  • Get Party Peak in front of the valley — flyers, posters, QR codes, hospitality venues
  • Work the door: welcome guests, manage entry flow, set the tone on arrival
  • Run guest activities and competitions that drive engagement
  • Staff pop-ups, pre-event meet-ups and sponsor activations
  • Appear in promo content and work with the social media team
  • Work our nightclub events in the valley, running the door

General Support

Seasonal contractEarly Jan – Late Mar 2027
  • Restock fridges, spirits, mixers and ice through service
  • Handle deliveries and stock rotation from storage
  • Support setup and pack-down before and after every shift
  • Fill in wherever the day needs it — bar, kitchen, door

No experience needed — full training given, with a pathway into bar or kitchen.
